Movie Night Popcorn

Love is in the air—and so is the smell of delicious popcorn! With Valentine’s Day around the corner, what better way to celebrate than with my all-time favorite weekend go-to snack? Whether you’re cozied up with your Valentine or treating yourself to a solo movie night, this sweet, crunchy, and healthy popcorn recipe is a must-try! Not only is it ridiculously easy to make, but popcorn also packs about 3g of fiber per cup—so you can snack happily without the guilt. Get ready to fall in love with this simple yet irresistible treat!

Movie Night Popcorn

Ingredients

1 large bowl plain, air-popped popcorn

¼ cups coconut oil, melted

Cinnamon

Coconut Sugar

Salt

Directions

Drizzle a third of the coconut oil over your popcorn.

Add it a good sprinkling of cinnamon, and coconut sugar on top. Last but not least, a dash or two of salt- my favorite is Redmond popcorn salt, but any salt will work great!

Give it a good shake! Then repeat adding your coconut oil, and seasonings.

Repeat 3X to make sure most of the little kernels are covered.

My Favorite Ingredients

Kirkland Signature Ground Cinnamon from Costco- Cinnamon can improve body metabolism, targeting the fat deposited in the abdominal area.

Trader Joe’s Organic Coconut Sugar- I store mine in a little stainless-steel shaker

Redmond Real Salt Popcorn Salt- It is AMAZING

Not only is this popcorn absolutely delicious, but it's also a sneaky way to add more fiber to your day! Fiber is essential for digestion, keeps you feeling full longer, and even supports heart health. Since popcorn is a whole grain, it provides a natural source of fiber without any processed ingredients—making it a smarter snack choice than many store-bought options. So go ahead, grab a handful (or two) and enjoy every crunchy, cinnamon-sweet bite!
