With 10 years of one-on-one coaching experience, I am excited and very grateful to Ampelis Mental Health, to be able offer an online nutrition workshop with group coaching
This is a 6 week program that I teach LIVE on zoom, Wednesdays at noon. Online nutrition workshops are only taught 4x a year! Come join in this insightful opportunity to save money, connect with others, and ask personal questions during each session.
Each participant will receive a full color hardcopy notebook mailed to them. This is full of beautiful images and TRUE principles of health. It also has places to WRITE personal goals and notes, and to help track progress.
There is also an easy to navigate website where you access the LIVE class and all class RECORDINGS, if you need to view at a later time. You will have access to all the classes and links shared from class for 30 days after the session ends. On the website you will be able to message Tanna 1:1 along with other members in the class. Many people share recipes and progress reports which makes it motivating and fun if you are someone who likes accountability partners.
My goal is to educate each participant, and give them meaningful knowledge, but also skills to understand what their body actually needs to become healthy, strong and resilient. This workshop platform is provided by my partner AMPELIS, an incredible mental health company with a vision to improve “Human Performance”. They also provide other services and have mental health clinics to help individuals find meaning and purpose in life.

No prior nutrition knowledge is required but, if you already feel somewhat comfortable in your wellness routines come and see what new concepts and mindsets you can add to elevate your nutrition.

Classes are recorded live on Zoom, but you can watch them at any time that’s convenient for you.
There is an app, a website and a notebook to go along with the class.
