Nutrition consultation for HEALTHY Lifestyle

You will start with an initial nutrition & lifestyle assessment phone consultation (20-30 min), In this call, we will discuss your goals and your daily and weekly routines. Sharing your food preferences and any concerns will allow for a custom and personalized, healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise plan.

After your initial call, you will meet in person or virtually within the next 3-7 days to receive your customized & balanced health plan (60-75 min). Depending on your specific needs and requests, the plan can focus on macronutrient goals, meal prepping techniques, exercise, supplement info, probiotics, & mental/stress management, inspiration, and wellness tips.  This plan will be specific just for YOU based off of your food likes, workout frequency, and health needs, which will get you started on your way to feeling accomplished & healthy. Plans will include very detailed meal strategies for reaching your goals. Meal ideas catered to your taste and also include tips on keeping your weeks balanced & full of energy. You will be able to stay in contact via text, email, or phone for one full month to help address any obstacles or questions that come up as your put into practice these methods.

This program is specific for MVP referrals only. You will start with an initial nutrition & sport assessment phone call (20-30min), You will be discussing your sports goal and training schedule along with your food habits and preferences.

After your initial call, you will meet in person or virtually within the next 3-7 days to receive your customized plan (60-75 min). You will receive a personalized sports specific nutrition program for your body and your athletic goals. It will include meal plans, tips, tricks, & food strategies to enhance your progress & factors to be aware of. We can discuss if there is a need for any NSF approved supplements and how much or how often to incorporate those. Learn the why and how nutrition impacts your sports performance. Pre/Post workout meals will be addressed along with proper rest and hydration guidelines. We will discuss the importance of BALANCE in your physical regimen, including mental clarity & proper stress management techniques.

Follow up nutrition visit

At any point we can check in with your goals and see what's working for you. We can address any complications or obstacles that you may be encountering. This 60 minute meeting can also be prep work for new training schedules, big tournaments, races, or events that are in your near future. Refreshing meal plans, and making sure meals and any natural supplements are getting you optimal results.

About

Tanna Fox is the owner and founder of Live Right Nutrition. As a graduate from the University of Utah in Health Education, a current International Sports Certified Nutritionist since 2016, Certified Gut Health Nutrition Specialist and a past personal trainer, she has a deep love for fitness and understands the power of food and the natural rhythm of our bodies circadian cycle. Tanna is currently finishing her Master Level Nutrition Consultant education which encompasses: holistic health certification, health and wellness coach, and weight-loss management.

She has worked with hundreds of clients on how to set goals while helping them achieve their full potential in digestion, metabolism, gaining lean muscle, fat loss, and energy balance. Tanna created and facilitates nutrition workshops online for Ampelis, a mental health company specializing in human performance. She also is the sports nutritional consultant for MVP Sports Science Institute in Holladay, Utah where she counsels young elite athletes and guiding their nutrition intake to help them maximize their performance and enhance their strengths.

Tanna is passionate about food and consults clients one-on-one, but also teaches small private group classes in the community or can be found coming to your home for hands-on demonstrations. She shares the critical importance of prebiotics and “eating the rainbow”, the benefits of sprouting grains, along with active live probiotics in homemade kefir, cultured vegetables, and kombucha.

Living a “Balanced a Bite of Life” is her motto for all things and knows that true success comes from setting standards of living. She enjoys staying active herself with yoga, skiing, mountain biking, tennis, and experimenting with healthy recipes. Having 4 beautiful daughters, she values her time in creating a home where emotional, spiritual, and physical health is a priority. Tanna and her husband Bill, find joy in traveling and spending time together with family and friends. She cherishes her relationships with people and truly loves working with others to help them find a better quality of life.
